 RETURN POLICY

RTTS.land does not accept returns for refund. However, full priced items may be exchanged within 5 days of receiving. Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact. Goods purchased may only by fully refunded if in the rare case there are any major faults (Please see ACCC for list of major faults), however we are entitled to and will happily offer repair or like for like exchange in most instances. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in return/exchange costs. Made to order pieces and lingerie can not be returned for refund or exchange, however we are happy to alter or adjust any pieces to improve the fit within our capacity.

SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY

RTTS.land ships from Sydney, Australia. We ship worldwide at the flat rates provided on our website, if you would like a custom rate for your location please contact us at hello@ramptramptrampstamp.com. All parcels are shipped with online tracking, therefore it is essential you provide us with your correct email at checkout to receive tracking updates. If the incorrect email is provided we do not take responsibility for tracking updates. Allow us up to five business days to process your order, in addition to the time agreed to for pre-order and made to order garments. We ship orders every Thursday. If you order multiple pieces your order will ship when the entire order is ready. While we do our utmost to ensure preorder styles are ready by the delivery date listed, sometimes factors outside our control mean they may ship late. We ask your patience and understanding in this scenario and remind you that slow and ethically produced fashion takes time. If you would like your order shipped in multiple pieces please contact us directly.

Please note that RTTS.land does not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely and promptly. Shipping labels are automatically created based on your checkout information so please ensure that the address provided is accurate. If you have any issues with the whereabouts of your parcel you can track it at any time using the tracking number provided in your fulfilment email. 
In the instance that a parcel is missing or lost please notify us and we will do whatever we can do on our end to lodge an investigation with the postal service. We do not offer refunds for damaged, lost or stolen packages during transit.

International orders may incur customs duties and other taxes in your country. These charges are entirely your expense. If you choose not to pay these charges and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Contact hello@ramptramptrampstamp.com within five business days of receiving the garment and let us know you'd like to exchange it for another size, or for store credit. Please note Instagram dm’s will not be accepted as notice of intent to exchange.

2. Post the garment to our return address within five business days of the exchange being authorised. Retain your proof of postage, and send the tracking number to hello@ramptramptrampstamp.com. The garment remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit.

3. Once we receive the original garment, we'll make sure it's unwashed, unworn and unused— beyond being tried on at home. Provided your garment meets these conditions, we will then generate a personalised store credit code for the value of your item. This can be used to purchase your preferred size or style. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, or an item is lost in transit, you will not be provided with a refund or exchange. Your postal service will likely be able to offer some compensation for lost packages.

*By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.”
